Eighty-five young lawyers and graduates join UM.

Like every September, our Madrid office recently held the Welcome Programme for new recruits. This year 85 young lawyers and graduates from the Barcelona, Bilbao, Lisbon, Madrid and Valencia offices who are starting their careers at Uría Menéndez attended the event.

The Welcome Programme is designed to explain basic aspects of the firm, as well as its values, how it is organised and how it operates. It is also an opportunity for the new recruits to get to know each other and other members of the firm and share this exciting moment together. This is also one of the most important weeks of the year for UM – as they will shape the future of our firm.
