UM advises Aermont Capital on the acquisition of Nabiax

Uría Menéndez has advised Aermont Capital on its acquisition of Nabiax, Spain’s leading data-centre group, from Asterion Industrial Partners and Telefónica. Nabiax holds a portfolio of two facilities in Madrid and one in Barcelona, offering a combined installed capacity of 35 MW and the opportunity to scale to over 100 MW in the medium term.

This transaction highlights the sector’s strong growth prospects, driven by the demand for technology infrastructure to support AI applications, and shows that international players continue to have trust in Spain’s infrastructure.
