How will the European Authorities apply the Safe Harbor judgment?

The awaited reaction by the Article 29 Working Party on the Judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 6 October invalidating the Safe Harbor1 system (the "Judgment") was published on Friday 16 October (the "Statement").
