Madrid tax incentives under the “Mbappé Law”

Madrid Law 4/2024 of 20 November introduces a new tax incentive for individuals which mainly seeks to attract investors – rather than investments – to the Autonomous Region of Madrid , commonly known as the Mbappé Law.
