Clara Muñoz joined the Corporate Practice Area of Uría Menéndez’s Madrid office in September 2011. Between 2016 and 2020 she was based in our offices in New York City and in 2017-2018 she studied an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Columbia University.
She focuses her practice on M&A and Private Equity, although she has also participated in a number of financing transactions, bond issuances and debt restructurings. Clara has extensive experience in advising both private equity funds and industrial clients on cross-border and domestic M&A deals in various sectors. She also advises clients on wide-ranging corporate matters, such as corporate governance and contracting.
