Carlos Arrieta Martínez joined Uría Menéndez in 2017 and he is managing associate of the firm since 2025.
Carlos has over 4 years of experience advising domestic and foreign entities and investment funds on Spanish direct and indirect tax matters as well as on the planning and implementation of M&A and corporate restructuring transactions. He has also extensive experience in tax audits and court proceedings.
He frequently advises on the taxation of private clients in the reorganization of their family businesses.
