Violeta Pina is a tax lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez. She joined the firm in 2011 and she became counsel.
Violeta’s professional practice is focused on taxation of financial transactions and issuance of equity and debt instruments. She has also experience in M&A and restructuring transactions. Currently, she specialises in the application of the FATCA and CRS rules and transfer pricing.
In addition, she regularly advises on tax audits and tax litigation matters.
From September 2017 to March 2018 she was seconded to the tax department of Slaughter & May.
