Ángel Viñas

Ángel Viñas joined Uría Menéndez in 2016, after two years of tax practice at another international firm, and he has been a managing associate of the firm since January 2024.

He has over nine years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients, credit entities, insurance companies and wealth management family groups. He has expertise in advising on the issuance of securities, the direct and indirect taxation of financial institutions, accounting matters and M&A transactions and business combinations.

In addition, he regularly advises on tax audits and tax litigation matters.
