Profile
Guillermo is an associate in the corporate area of the Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez, where he joined in 2015 and is a managing associate since 2023. Guillermo was based in the London office from January 2020 through December 2020.
His professional practice is focussed on mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and with an international component, advising sellers and buyers.
Guillermo also regularly advises borrowers and lenders in financings and debt issuances, debt refinancings and restructurings, as well on Spanish law particularities in cross-border financings or debt issuances.
Finally, Guillermo also advises domestic and international clients on Spanish corporate law and commercial contracts in general.
