María García Roldán joined Uría Menéndez in 2013 and has been a managing associate since January 2021. From September 2019 to May 2020 she was seconded to the M&A team of Simpson Thacher and Bartlett.
Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters. She regularly advises institutional and industrial investors on public and private M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), joint ventures, management incentive plans, restructurings and other investment agreements.
María also has solid experience in other areas of commercial law, including debt restructurings, build-to-rent real estate, direct lending, capital markets, corporate governance and venture-capital regulatory matters.
She also advises owners and operators in the Spanish aviation sector on regulatory and contractual matters.
