Arianna Vázquez Fernández joined Uría Menéndez in 2016 and she is managing associate of the firm since 2024.
She focuses her practice on white collar crime, advising and representing corporate clients and its directors, managers and employees before Spanish courts and other public authorities (Guardia Civil, National Police, Labour Inspectorate, etc.).
In this context, Arianna has experience in relevant criminal proceedings dealing with a wide range of criminal offences (tax fraud, corporate criminal offences, offences against workers’ rights, among others). Likewise, she has also advised companies from different areas of business on national and international internal investigations, as well as on the implementation of corporate compliance programmes and whistleblowing channels.
