Our client Zelestra has entered into binding transaction documentation for the sale of its renewable energy platform in Latin America to Promigas.

At Uría Menéndez, we are very pleased to have led the legal advice to Zelestra in a strategic transaction where, once again, we teamed up with Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria.
