The firm has advised Banca March and Stoneshield Capital on the acquisition of a 10% stake in Exolum, a leading company in the transportation and storage of liquid bulk products.

Through this transaction, Banca March advances its strategy of investing in illiquid assets, while Stoneshield diversifies its portfolio.
