Analysts rank Uría Menéndez as one of the most active firms advising on M&A deals in the international arena during 2007. Bloomberg and Thomson Financial rate Uría Menéndez among the top ten law firms advising on announced M&A transactions.

An analysis of the Iberian market carried out by the leading financial analysts, Bloomberg and Thomson Financial, place Uría Menéndez first in announced deals in the first nine months of the year.

Bloomberg´s global ratings place the firm eighth advising in cross-border deals around the world and ninth as counsel to principals in announced deals.
