For the second consecutive year, Uría Menéndez is named "Best Spanish Law Firm of the Year" at the Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence
May 6, 2011Uría Menéndez was named "Best Spanish Law Firm of the Year" for the second consecutive year by the prestigious British publication Chambers & Partners at its annual edition of Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence. This is the fourth edition of the awards and the third time that the publication has recognised Uría Menéndez. The firm also received the award in 2008.
The awards ceremony was held in Amsterdam, and was attended by numerous representatives from law firms across Europe. José María Segovia, the Senior Partner of Uría Menéndez, accepted the award on behalf of the firm stating, "we are very proud to receive this award for the second consecutive year, reflecting the strength of our model and the confidence that clients have placed in it letting us get involved with them in some of the most significant transactions in the international scene."
