The number of lawyers from Uría Menéndez recognised in the legal directories Best Lawyers in Spain and Best Lawyers in Portugal continues to increase
The 2013 editions of these prestigious legal directories name 131 lawyers from the firm a total of 217 times.
November 14, 2012Recognition for Uría Menéndez continues to grow as the number of lawyers from the firm mentioned in Best Lawyers in Spain and Best Lawyers in Portugal increased in the legal directories´ 2013 editions. The directories evaluate and name the best lawyers in an important number of practice areas through a voting system in which lawyers from numerous Spanish and Portuguese law firms participate.
This year, the legal directory introduced a new award, Lawyers of the Year, which are granted to an exclusive selection of lawyers in each practice area.
Spain
In its most recent edition, Best Lawyers in Spain mentions 114 lawyers from 32 practice areas in the firm’s Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia offices a total of 185 times.
Furthermore, thirteen lawyers from Uría Menéndez in Spain received the Lawyer of the Year recognition.
