David Sequeira Dinis joined Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho in 2005 and was named partner in 2017.
David specialises in civil and commercial litigation, having advised on particularly complex disputes including out-of-court negotiations and settlements; insolvency and corporate restructuring procedures; IP-related matters before both the Portuguese Institute of Industrial Property and courts, and has also acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings.

Teaching activity
David Sequeira Dinis was part of the team that coordinates the restructuring and insolvency course offered by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon and Porto), and was a lecturer in both the Universidade Católica and the Law Faculty of the Universidade de Coimbra.
