Luís Bértolo Rosa joined the Lisbon Office of Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho in 2011 and is a managing associate since 2021. Between September 2016 and March 2017 he was seconded to the Madrid Office of Uría Menéndez.
Luís advises in civil, commercial and corporate litigation, preventive restructuring mechanisms, insolvency and bankruptcy, loan-to-own strategies and acquisition of NPL portfolios.
