Esperanza Cots Salvador joined the office of Valencia of Uria Menendez in 2018 and she is a supervising associate of the firm since 2026.
Her professional practice is focused on the Real Estate and Urban Planning Law.
She has advised on different matters: planning instruments, urban licences, drafting of legal reports on planning as well as administrative and contentious-administrative appeals.
Moreover, she has participated in the drafting of contractual documents to acquire all kinds of plots of land and buildings (residential, tourist, nursing homes, renewable energy projects, etc.), and in the drafting of real estate and planning reports prior to the development, funding and acquisition of real estate assets.
