Andrea Sandi Badiola joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and has been Counsel since 2026. From January to July 2023, she was seconded to the M&A team at Bredin Prat in Paris.
Her professional practice focuses on advising domestic and international companies and investment funds on M&A transactions involving real estate.
She has extensive experience in: (i) real estate transactions involving the acquisition of assets—including hotels, shopping centres, and office buildings—and companies; (ii) negotiating and formalizing lease and management agreements; and (iii) real estate development projects, particularly in relation to construction contracts.
He has also participated in joint venture transactions for the development of real estate projects in Spain, as well as in the sale and purchase of REO and NPL portfolios.
