Andrea Sandi Badiola joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and became a managing associate in 2023.
Her professional practice focuses on advising Spanish and foreign companies and investment funds on M&A transactions with an underlying real estate component.
She has extensive experience in transactions involving the purchase of real estate assets (hotels, shopping centres, office buildings, etc.) and companies; lease and management agreements; and real estate development projects, in particular construction agreements and real estate services agreements.
She has also advised on setting up joint ventures to develop real estate projects in Spain and on the sale and purchase of REO and NPL portfolios.
