Alicia Martín joined the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez in 2017 and has been a managing associate of the firm since 2025.
Her professional practice focuses on advising national and international companies and funds on commercial transactions, usually with a real estate component, including, among others, mergers and acquisitions of companies, assets and branches of activity, investment projects through joint ventures, financing agreements and sale & leaseback transactions.
Her participation in the above transactions covers all sectors of the M&A real estate business, including data centres, technology, healthcare, finance, offices, hotels, logistics, retail and residential.
