José Félix joined Uría Menéndez in 2017 and has been a senior associate at the firm since 2026. In 2022, he worked at the firm’s New York office.
His professional practice covers a broad range of corporate law matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border, advising both industrial and financial clients.
In addition, he has experience advising on regulatory and financial law matters, as well as on capital markets transactions, particularly debt offerings.
