Profile
Martín Jordano joined Uría Menéndez in 2012 and was named partner in 2023. From September 2016 to May 2017, he was seconded to the New York offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as a visiting lawyer.
He regularly advises on national and crossborder M&A transactions of listed and unlisted companies, capital and debt issuances, and the Spanish law aspects of international financings. Additionally, a significant part of his work is dedicated to advising on corporate law and corporate governance, such as general meetings of listed and unlisted companies, conflicts of interest and corporate conflicts, and complex internal reorganizations through innovative structures. He also has experience in other commercial matters, such as regulatory advice on securities markets, start-up investment rounds, and family protocols, among others.
