Guillermo is a managing associate in the Public Law and Environment Department at the Barcelona office. He has also worked at the Madrid office and as a visiting lawyer at Slaughter and May's London office.
His practice focuses on advising national and international companies in the main industrial sectors, such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, paper, and food, on environmental law. His experience covers the different environmental aspects of these activities (contaminated soil, water, atmosphere, waste, noise, etc.) as well as authorization and industrial safety procedures.
He also specializes in the field of sustainability and ESG.
In the litigation field, he mainly acts before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction and frequently intervenes in civil and criminal lawsuits with environmental and regulatory components.
