Héctor Nogués Galdón joined Uria Menendez in 2001 and he is a counsel of the firm since 2012.
Héctor has over 22 years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies, as well as public authorities, on zoning and real estate.
He advises on planning processes and land developments, and real estate deals, while he has broad expertise on legal direction of public law cases, especially on planning and zoning matters.

Teaching activity
In 2005 and 2006 Héctor lectured on the master’s degree programme in planning and real estate management organised by the Fundación Universitat Empresa at the Universidad Jaume I in Castellón.
He was also a lecturer at the Valencia International Business School on the master’s degree programme in real estate in 2005 and on the master’s degree programme in golf course management at the European University of Madrid in 2007.
He is a regular speaker at law seminars and conferences on his field of expertise.
