Joan Andreu joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and he is managing associate of the firm since 2023. Joan was based in the London office from January 2021 through December 2021.
His practice focusses on the sale, acquisition and financing of large real estate portfolios, property management platforms, prominent buildings and developments.
Joan advises domestic and foreign companies on complex asset and share transactions, including forward purchase, forward funding and sale and lease back transactions.
In addition to his transactional work, Joan possesses significant expertise in joint ventures with an underlying real estate component, leases, construction, and real estate financing.
