Rafael García-Perrote joined Uría Menéndez in 2017 and is managing associate of the firm since 2025.
Rafael has over 5 years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies and investment funds as well as family offices in corporate transactions and, particularly, in those with an underlying real estate component.
His practice focuses, mainly, in direct (asset deal transactions) or indirect (M&A transactions) investment and divestment in the real estate sector (including residential and office buildings, hotels, shopping centres, logistics, etc.).
Additionally, his professional practice includes the acquisition of large residential portfolios, setting up joint ventures and the negotiation of construction and lease agreements.
Rafael García-Perrote also regularly advises national and international clients on corporate law and commercial contracts.
