Adrià Doce Llisó joined Uría Menéndez in 2016 and is a managing associate of the firm since 2024. From September 2020 until April 2021 he was based in the Lisbon office.
His professional practice is focused on advising investment funds, multinational groups, start-ups, banks and family businesses, in different sectors such as industries, finance, real estate, tech, retail or hotels.
He advises in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, financing and refinancing deals, joint ventures and corporate matters. He works very frequently with Anglo-Saxon, Italian and Francophone clients.
