Luis Ignacio Díaz González joined Uría Menéndez in 2018 and has been a managing associate at the firm since 2026.
His professional practice focuses on advising corporate clients and private equity firms on M&A transactions, company law and corporate governance, and finance law.
He regularly advises listed and unlisted companies, both domestic and international, in sectors as diverse as banking, industrial, technology, telecommunications and service industries.
