Laura Saiz joined Uría Menéndez in 2013 and was appointed managing associate of the firm in 2022.
She has years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies on employment matters such as employment contracts, including senior executive contracts, incentive plans, codes of conduct, internal company policies, working time, disciplinary proceedings, internal investigations related to fraud and malpractice, etc.
In addition, one of the relevant part of her areas of expertise is representing companies before the labour courts as well as negotiating out of court settlements.
Laura has also advised on collective dismissals and the implementation of flexibility measures in the workplace and has an extensive expertise on the labour aspects of M&A and restructuring transactions.
