Sergio Sánchez Gimeno joined the Administrative Law and Litigation Practice Areas of Uría Menéndez’s Valencia office in 2004.
His practice focuses on litigation proceedings, advising Spanish and foreign companies on commercial and corporate law, competition law, industrial and intellectual property and insolvency proceedings. He often drafts reports on these areas and participates in negotiations.
He also advises on contractual and non-contractual liability, as well as on inheritance matters.

Teaching activity
Since 2001, Sergio is a lecturer of commercial law at the Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU. In 2000 he also lectured on commercial law at the Universidad de Valencia (Estudi General) and he was a teacher at the Facultad de Estudios de la Empresa until 2004.
He is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences pertaining to his field of expertise.
