Profile

Tomás Acosta is based in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez.

He joined the firm in 2008 and between 2012 and 2014 was based in our London office.

His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and debt restructuring and multi-jurisdictional structured finance deals, as well as equity and debt issuances. He also advises on wide-ranging corporate matters, such as corporate governance and national and international contracting, and regulatory aspects of financial activities, such as banking, investment services and payment services.

Tomás has been involved in numerous investment and divestment transactions in listed and non-listed companies, acquisition and project financings and corporate restructurings, in which he has acted for both private equity firms and industrial clients.
