Our office in Brussels is a short distance away from the EU institutions. We have been present in Brussels since 1991, during which time we have assisted our clients with their dealings with the EU institutions, such as the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, and coordinated their cross-border transactions.

Our practice focuses primarily on the multiple facets of competition law: merger control, cartels, agreements and restrictive practices, abuse of dominant positions and State aid.

We offer our clients our expertise in EU and international trade law, fundamental freedoms (free movement of goods, people and capital, freedom of establishment and the freedom to provide services) and matters related to EU constitutional and administrative law.
