We have had a presence in Bogotá since 2015, when the Colombian firm Prieto Carrizosa joined PPU. Through PPU, we have a team of more than 100 lawyers in Bogotá providing first-class legal advice to Spanish, Portuguese and other European clients with interests in Colombia, as well as to Colombian clients with interests in Europe, particularly Spain and Portugal. As in Santiago and Lima, Uría Menéndez lawyers also work in Bogotá.

Our Iberian and Colombian teams, supported by our experienced lawyers from PPU’s offices in Chile and Peru, provide a unique and comprehensive service across Latin America, particularly to Latin American multinationals.

From our Bogota office, we also work closely with clients operating in the Brazilian market, with which we have close ties.
