Uría Menéndez advises Ferrovial on its first investment in the renewable sector in the United States

Uría Menéndez advises on Ferrovial’s acquisition of a 257 MWp solar park in Texas from a local investor. This is Ferrovial’s first investment in renewable energy in the US. If it were to enter into operation at this time, the plant would be the fifth largest in the US and the second largest in Texas.
