UM advises CVC-DIF on its acquisition of iPark Group

Uría Menéndez has advised CVC-DIF, the infrastructure division of CVC Capital Partners, on its acquisition of a 100% stake in iPark from Elliott Advisors. According to public sources, the transaction was valued at over €300 million. The deal consolidates CVC-DIF’s position as a key player in the Iberian market’s transport and urban infrastructure assets and signals renewed interest in the parking sector among infrastructure funds.
