What are we looking for?

We look for the following qualities in law students, undergraduates and graduates:

- Sound legal knowledge and language skills
- An interest in current affairs, history, culture and society
- Initiative and willingness to assume responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Sociability, proactivity and drive
- Good team player

Our recruitment process is open all year and is designed to identify talented individuals. All candidates go through a series of interviews and in Spain we test their abilities in written exams. Candidates can check the status of their applications online.

We firmly believe in developing talent from within and also hire experienced national and international lawyers who wish to practise in Spain or Portugal. Details of current openings can be found here.
