Alexandra Molina-Martell joined the firm in 2000 and was appointed as counsel in January 2022.
She focuses on corporate and commercial law, in particular, the acquisition, merger and restructuring of companies, joint ventures and all forms of investments and disinvestments through national and international structures. She has also more than 20 years of experience advising on contractual and company secretaryship matters.
She specialises in advising multinational groups operating in the food sector, and in other traditional industrial and technological sectors.
She also works with foundations, as well as social enterprises and entrepreneurs on a regular basis. She has written various practical guides and usually speaks on these topics.

Teaching activity
