Antonio Sánchez joined Uría Menéndez in 2006. Between November 2017 and March 2020 he was based in the Beijing office, where he managed the Firm's Asian practice.
Antonio was seconded to Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU) in Bogotá (Colombia) from March 2013 to October 2013.
He has over 15 years of experience advising clients in private equity, industrial companies, banks and other commercial institutions (national and international) in all types of mergers, acquisitions and financing. More recently, Antonio has been working on cross-border transactions, particularly, those with a Latin American and Asian element.
