Antonio has more than seven years of experience advising domestic and foreign entities from different sectors in pre-litigation, judicial and arbitration proceedings in the areas of contract law, pre-insolvency law, and insolvency law.
He is also specialized in financial litigation, challenging corporate resolutions, and liability proceedings arising from competition law torts.
