Carmen Pastor Delgado joined Uría Menéndez in 2017 and became a managing associate in 2025. She specialises in advising domestic and foreign companies on litigious and non-litigious matters concerning intellectual property, unfair competition and trade secrets, advertising, art, contractual liability and tort law.
Her clients include companies from a wide range of sectors including art, technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, cosmetics, fashion, banking and food, representing clients in Spanish and EU courts.
She also has experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements relating to the transfer and licensing of intellectual property and image rights.
