Cristina Suanzes joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and has been a managing associate since 2023. That same year, she relocated to New York to practice as an attorney at Phillips Nizer LLP.
Her work focuses on intellectual and industrial property, digital law, unfair competition, trade secrets, image rights, and contractual and tort liability. She advises both domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries, including audiovisual, technology, sports, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, retail, and manufacturing.
Cristina represent clients in litigation before civil and administrative courts, as well as before regulatory authorities. She also advises on non-contentious matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements involving IP assignments and licensing, technology transfer and distribution.
