Cristina Suanzes

Cristina Suanzes joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and was appointed managing associate in 2023.

Cristina focuses on various areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, unfair competition, trade secrets, advertising law and contract and corporate law.

She regularly advises domestic and foreign companies from the audiovisual, technology, sports, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, retail and manufacturing sectors and litigates matters before Spanish courts and regulatory bodies.

She also advises on non-contentious matters related to her practice areas, such as distribution agreements and the transfer and licensing of intellectual property rights.
