Guillermo del Río joined Uría Menéndez in 2014 and is an attorney at the corporate department of the Madrid office. From September 2019 to July 2020 he joined the M&A team at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York as a foreign associate.

His practice covers a wide range of matters related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and strategic investments, referred to both listed and non-listed companies.
