Miguel Moratinos joined the Firm in 2015 and is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration practice in the Madrid office.
He specialises in complex commercial disputes, with particular focus on shareholder and corporate conflicts, post-M&A litigation, insolvency proceedings, and real estate disputes. His practice encompasses both litigation and arbitration.
Miguel regularly acts before the Spanish civil courts and in proceedings before Spain's leading arbitral institutions.

From 2019 to 2025, Miguel served as Associate Professor of Civil Procedural Law on the Master's Programme for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Villanueva. He is currently Associate Professor of Law of Obligations at Universidad CEU San Pablo.
