Lucas Delclaux joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and he is a managing associate of the firm in the Madrid office.
Between September 2022 and March 2023, he was seconded to the London office of Slaughter and May, where he worked in the Financing Group as visiting lawyer.
He regularly advises creditors and national and international companies on acquisition, project and corporate finance and debt restructuring. He is also very active in M&A transactions of companies in the energy sector.
