Mariana de la Rosa joined Uría Menéndez in 2016 and is a senior associate at the firm. She was based in Bredin Prat's Paris office from September 2023 to March 2024.
Mariana has more than eight years of professional experience in national and international litigation and arbitration. She has participated in commercial and investment protection arbitrations under the rules of various arbitral institutions. She advises national and foreign clients from different economic sectors, focusing her professional activity on the following matters: civil liability, construction contracts, corporate disputes, banking and sale and purchase contracts, insolvency law, claims arising from portfolio transactions and enforcement of real and personal guarantees.
