Ignacio Albiñana is a lawyer in the Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1993.
Ignacio focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and banking and finance law. Ignacio has worked in the Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez since 1987 and has been a member of the Real Estate Law Practice Area. He has led some of the most important M&A and financing transactions in the Spanish real estate market.
Ignacio advises domestic and foreign companies in the development, acquisition and finance of real estate projects (commercial, logistic, residential and hotel business). He has extensive experience in the design, launch, investment and functioning of real estate funds, institutional and privates, as well as in acquisitions of real estate projects in Eastern Europe.
Ignacio has been recognised as a top lawyer in the real estate market.
