Francisco joined Uría Menéndez in 2001 and is a partner based in the Madrid office.
From January to July 2007, Francisco was seconded to the M&A group of Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York as part of its International Associate Programme.
Francisco’s practice focuses on corporate and banking law and mergers and acquisitions. He is also experienced in capital markets transactions and has represented clients before international arbitration tribunals.
