Domingos Salgado joined the Lisbon Office of Uría Menéndez in 2018 and is a managing associate of the firm since 2024. Between December 2020 and March 2022 he was assigned to the London office of Uría Menéndez. Before joining the firm, Domingos worked at the Portuguese Markets and Securities Comission - CMVM – Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários.
Domingos specialises in advising clients operating in the banking, finance, financial regulation, capital markets and insurance sectors and has wide experience in M&A transactions and in national and international financing transactions.
He has also assisted in numerous due diligence processes and negotiations in mergers and acquisitions and in the sale and purchase of credits.
