Ignacio Nägele joined Uría Menéndez in 2016 and is a managing associate in the Madrid office.
His professional practice focuses on advising national and foreign financial institutions, companies and real estate funds on commercial transactions with a real estate component (M&A, joint ventures and financing).
He has participated in several transactions involving (a) sale and purchase, development and leasing of all types of real estate, such as office and residential buildings, logistic assets, hotels and shopping centres; (b) corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions of companies with a real estate component; (c) incorporation of joint ventures for the development of real estate projects and vehicles (e.g., SOCIMIs); (d) real estate financing; and (e) purchase and sale of real estate asset portfolios or loans with or without underlying assets.
He also advises the secretaries of the board of directors of several companies.
